Togepi Gone Bad
Today a togepi was spotted spray painting the Promo Factory. Local reporters spotted it. It ran away when it saw the reporters. Misty says she has no idea what happend. Then we look in togepi's room and find notes. They say Misty is stupid and I hate Misty. What could go wrong? No one knows. Then this evening togepi was captured with a beat up azurill. The togepi was smileing.
